With more than 28 years experience in the Aviation sector, Airports, Corporate, Civil and Commercial law, Administrative, Public tenders, Contractual, Information Technology and litigation affairs.
As part of her labor experience, she served as Vice President Legal for Compañía Mexicana de Aviación, S.A. de C.V. and Mexicana Group, she has extensive experience in financial and administrative restructuring processes, purchase and leasing of flight equipment, direct participation in the mexican privatization of airports network. She also has experience in public administration, since she served as Comptroller at the FONACOT Institute.
She also has post-graduate studies in Business Administration, Management Skills from the Virtual University of the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey; Administration of Service Companies at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM); in Contracts and Aviation Industry at the International Aviation Transport Association (IATA), Geneva, Switzerland; Public Administration at INAP, Alcalá de Henares, Spain. She also received the INHAMI Award for performing outstanding activities, improving safety procedures, promoting and encourage safety culture in air operations. She has highly experience in strategic corporate transactions; operating restructuring; audits, due diligences, commercial alliances and business transactions in general.
Bárbara Martínez Ramírez
Founding partner of MASATI Consulting. Attorney at Law by the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, since 1992. She has coursed post-graduate studies in Administration of Service Enterprises and Insurances at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). She has taken courses on Aircraft Purchase Contracts & Operating Leases, and Managing Aviation Insurance Risk, conducted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Geneva, Switzerland. She also took courses in Aviation Insurances conducted by Willis Reinsurance Company in London, England. She is a member of the Internacional Aviation Womens Association (IAWA).
As part of her labor experience of over 25 years, Mrs. Martinez served as Vice President of Corporate and Industry Affairs at Mexicana Airlines; as Contracts Administration Director and Insurance Director at Mexicana’s Finance Division, advising also other companies of Mexicana’s Group. She had direct involvement in negotiations to purchase, financing and leasing of A320-A319-A318-A330 Aircraft, Boeing 767’s and B717’s, Fokker F100’s and Bombardier CRJ’s Aircraft, spare engines, spare parts, flight simulators with manufacturers, international financial institutions, export credit agencies and recognized aircraft leasing companies, worldwide. She has highly experience in managing credit agreements, leveraged and operating leases; administration and claim procedures of aviation insurances; Road Shows on Aviation Insurances; strategic corporate transactions; financial restructurings; audits, due diligences, private placements, commercial alliances and business transactions in general.
Enrique Tinoco Guadarrama
Founding Partner of MASATI Consulting. Attorney at Law by the Universidad Autónoma de Mexico (UNAM) since 1992. Lawyer with strong academic background, with over 25 years of corporate experience at managerial and executive levels, both in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, working in companies of great recognition such as TV Azteca, Compania Mexicana de Aviacion and Unisys of Mexico. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ID 03051520) and the National Association of Corporate Lawyers.
He has a PhD in Business Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and the Universidad Anahuac, in Mexico; Master in Corporate Law by the Universidad Anahuac; Diploma in Corporate Law from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and International Arbitration from Escuela Libre de Derecho, México.
He also performed Airline Contract Law courses conducted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Geneva, Switzerland and attended the Post-Graduate Management Program for Lawyers conducted by Yale School of Management, in New Heaven, Connecticut, USA.
He has been directly involved in share purchase transactions, mergers, divestitures, financings, leases and various strategic operations of IT, audits, due diligences, commercial alliances and business transactions in general.

Alfredo González Vega
Engineer since 1980, graduated from Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), in Mexico City. Mr. Gonzalez completed post-graduate studies in Business Administration at La Salle University, México and has been related to the aviation industry for over 30 years.
At Mexicana Airlines held positions as Engineer in Aircraft Maintenance and Fleet Planning Director, mainly focused on negotiations for sale, finance and leasing of flight equipment with aircraft manufacturers and leasing companies, as well as in other activities such as development of corporate strategies, due diligences, asset sales and other transactions in general.
Currently, Mr. Gonzalez is an independent technical consultant, working as a technical representative of several recognized lessors, such as ACG, BBAM, and SMBC among others, in projects of re-delivery/delivery of aircraft and flight equipment related to A320 family, B737 family, B787s and B767 aircraft whether in Mexico, Central America, South America, Asia and the USA, interacting in Spanish and English with operators and customers. His main activities are supervision of Heavy Maintenance Checks, leasing and/or sales negotiations, documentary and physical technical audits, delivery and return of aircraft/ flight equipment, foreclosures and, recently he became Associate at MASATI Consulting.
Guillermo Díaz Granados
He is graduated in Computer Science at Universidad del Valle de México, since 2003, with Certificates in E-Business, Applications on IT Businesses from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, and other diverse certifications on line like: Internet History, Technology, and Security MOOC Signature Track, by the University of Michigan; Certificate on Gamification MOOC Signature Track by the University of Pennsylvania; Certificate on Business of Core Banking and Business of Retail by the National Registry of CPE, as well as specialization on Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies; The First Step in Entrepreneurship MOOC by the University of Maryland, Programming for Everybody Python MOOC by the University of Michigan
Mr. Díaz is experienced in Sales and IT Service Delivery Operations, with more than 15 years in the IT Industry, including Cloud Computing, Big Data / Analytics, Security, Sales and Pre-sales for Infrastructure, Managed Services and Outsourcing Portfolio for OEM Alliances, Retail, Communications, Public Sector, and Banking Industries within Latin America.
Guillermo Pastor
Mr. Pastor was part of Compañía Mexicana de Aviación, S.A. de C.V., for more than 25 years, in which he held several positions, from Technician and cost control analyst, being the last one at the airline side as Aircraft Leasing Director.
Furthermore he moved to support the company Mexicana MRO, as Customer Service Director, while he was in charge of the Business Development department, his last position was Back Shops Director.
On the Lessor’s side Mr. Pastor has held the position of VP Technical for MK Aviation, a boutique leasing company based in Panama, where he developed the engines part-out business besides Technical overview of the company.
Mr. Pastor has a Industrial Engineer degree, with further courses of Mechanics, Business and Finances at the Universidad del Valle de México.
Martha Miriam Zaragoza Galindo
Associate at MASATI Consulting, she is very experienced in Aviation working at Continental Airlines, Inc. since 1992, as International Regional Accounts Payable Supervisor and at United Airlines, Inc. (2011-2015) as Manager Accounts Payable for LatinAmerica and Carribbean. She was responsible for the control and accomplishment of payments for invoices in all Latin America Region, and for Bank account reconciliations by country basis. Keeping the control of all Latin America Region vendors. Reviewing and randomly audit invoices for payments in all Latin America Region Monitor and control the Cash forecast for all Latin America Region. Oversee GEC and responsible for maintaining accurate accounting on the General Ledger for all the payments in the region. She had under her control the administration contracts and bonds for Mexico Airports, and the taxes obligations for Mexico such as: VAT (value added tax), Arinc, Financial Statement Audit,customer claims with PROFECO (Consumers’ Protection Attorneys), among others.
During the merge with Continental Airlines and United Air Lines, she was on charge to implement the Accounts Payable System for both old United’s (AXS-ONE) and Continental’s Branches, simultaneously for six countries (México, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Guatemala and Costa Rica). She was also responsible of implementation of Oracle for Latin America Region, and to assure the correct taxable calculation for each individual countries and its proper tax regulations as required by the law.
María Guadalupe Gijón Martínez
She worked at Unisys de México, S.A. de C.V. for more than 20 years in several positions, among them Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant for the Enterprise Solutions V.P. & General Director for Latin America, as well as Legal Assistant of the General Counsel for Mexico, Costa Rica and Puerto Rico.
She has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and managing contracts for the provision of services, confidentiality agreements, modifying agreements, addendums, drafting of Assembly Minutes and Council Sessions, management and control of corporate books, answering and coordination of judicial requirements related to alimentary pension and requirements of authorities, coordination of immigration procedures.
Law Degree with a Master's Degree in Business and Corporate Law from Humanitas University. She has conducted several courses and seminars such as Comprehensive Course of Law on Acquisitions, Leases and Services of the Public Sector in the National Institute of Public Administration, A.C., Legal Obligations of Companies in the National Bar of Business Lawyers, Bar Association, A.C. , Seminar on Labor Reforms: Myths, realities and transcendence at the ITAM, Seminar on Writing for lawyers and Contracts Drafting Workshop in the Mexican Bar, Bar Association, A.C.
